These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 39slotspk platform at https://39slotspk.net. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not register or continue using the platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement

2 Eligibility Requirements
To open and maintain a 39slotspk account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

39slotspk reserves the right to ask any player to verify their eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending that verification. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds in the account.
3 Account Registration, Verification and Security
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual player is permitted to hold one 39slotspk account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different devices — are strictly prohibited. If 39slotspk identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled and all bonus funds forfeited. The original deposit amounts may be returned at our discretion following investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, complete and current information when registering your 39slotspk account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 39slotspk uses the information provided during registration to verify your identity and to process payments — inaccurate information will delay or block withdrawals.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
39slotspk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard financial compliance requirements. Verification may be requested at any time but will always be required before your first withdrawal and for deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted documents for Pakistani players include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), NICOP, passport or driving licence. 3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 39slotspk login credentials. Any activity occurring on your account is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, including 39slotspk support staff, who will never ask for your password.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
39slotspk currently accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 39slotspk does not apply any hidden currency conversion or foreign exchange fees. You send PKR — your account is credited in PKR.
4.2 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500
- Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay.
- Bank IBFT deposits may take up to one hour to confirm depending on banking processing.
- 39slotspk does not charge a deposit fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
- Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing costs.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering procedures.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within 1–2 hours during banking hours.
- Your account must pass KYC verification before the first withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
- 39slotspk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal and to request additional documentation before processing.
- If a bonus was active on your account at the time of placing bets, the wagering requirements for that bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be processed from the bonus-derived winnings. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
39slotspk may delay, withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any hold applied to a withdrawal and given the opportunity to provide documentation resolving the concern.
5 Bonuses, Promotions and the VIP Club
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 39slotspk are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each individual promotion before opting in. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at 39slotspk carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x bonus means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
- Only one welcome bonus per household, device and IP address is permitted.
- 39slotspk reserves the right to exclude specific games from counting toward wagering requirements. The promotion details page lists eligible games.
- Placing bets on both outcomes of the same event (hedging) to clear wagering requirements is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation.
- Minimum odds restrictions may apply — bets placed at odds below the stated minimum for a promotion will not count toward wagering requirements.
5.4 VIP Club
The 39slotspk VIP Club operates on a tier system from Bronze to Diamond. Tier progression is based on real-money wagering across all game categories. Tier benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority and access to VIP-exclusive promotions are described on the VIP Club page and may be updated by 39slotspk with reasonable notice. VIP status is not transferable and may be adjusted if account activity changes significantly.
39slotspk reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to restrict participation by players suspected of bonus abuse. If you believe a promotion has been applied incorrectly to your account, contact support within 7 days.
6 Betting Rules, Game Rules and Settlement
6.1 Placement of Bets
A bet is accepted and becomes binding when 39slotspk confirms the bet via an on-screen notification and the bet appears in your active bets history. Bets that are not confirmed — due to a connection interruption or system error — are not binding until confirmation is received. The minimum bet across 39slotspk game categories is Rs 100 unless stated otherwise in specific game rules.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical fault, 39slotspk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on manifestly incorrect game outcomes will be voided regardless of whether they have been confirmed by the system.
6.3 Sports and Esports Settlement
Sports and esports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, pre-match bets will be voided if the event is not completed within the settlement window specified in the individual market terms (typically 24–48 hours from the original scheduled start time). Bets already in progress at the time of a cancellation are subject to settlement rules specific to that market.
6.4 Casino and Crash Game Settlement
Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software operated by our licensed game providers. Crash game results are determined by a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. These systems cannot be influenced by 39slotspk or any player. In the rare event of a game round failing to complete due to a technical error, the stake for that round is returned to the player's balance automatically.
7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
39slotspk is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of any balance including original deposits (where permitted by applicable regulations), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit. 39slotspk will pursue all available legal and financial remedies in the event of fraudulent chargebacks.
- Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one 39slotspk account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in a way not intended by their design — including using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using software to systematically exploit bonus terms.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in table games or esports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

If 39slotspk suspects a player of any of the above conduct, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 8 Responsible Gaming

- Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss amount per day, week or month.

- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 39slotspk. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and lasts a minimum of 6 months. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 39slotspk's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's net deposits in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 39slotspk is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including lost profits or opportunity.
